Returns & Exchanges

We are committed to a fair and efficient after-sales experience. Please review the policy below for eligibility, exchanges, store credit, and important purchase conditions.

Important Notice: Cash refunds are not offered. Eligible approved returns will receive store credit only. Items purchased under the SALE are strictly not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Refund Method Store Credit Only Issued after item inspection and approval.
Exchange Fee LKR 500 Applicable for each approved return or exchange request.
Sale Purchases Final Sale No returns, no exchanges, no store credit.

Eligibility Guidelines

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Eligible Cases

Incorrect item received.
Product received damaged.
Item does not match description.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible

SALE category purchases.
Used or worn items.
Missing tags or damaged packaging.
Requests made outside the allowed period.

Important Terms

One Exchange Request

Each order is limited to one exchange request only.

Delivery Charges

Every approved return or exchange carries an additional courier fee of LKR 500.

Store Credit Usage

Store credit must be redeemed in a single purchase and cannot be split across multiple orders.

Shipping Costs

Original delivery charges and handling fees are excluded from store credit calculations.

Sale Footwear Size Change

A size exchange for the same design will retain the original promotional price.

Sale Design Change

Changing to a different design will be billed based on the original marked price.

SALE Collection Policy
All items purchased from the SALE collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
