Important Terms
- Exchanges are limited to one request per order.
- Each return/exchange incurs an additional delivery charge of LKR 500.
- Store credit excludes handling and shipping fees.
- Store credit must be used in a single order; it cannot be split across purchases.
- All handling and delivery fees are excluded from store credits and refunds.
- Footwear purchased during a sale:
- Size change for the same design retains the same discount.
- Changing to a different design uses original MRP; the difference is payable.
SALE category items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
