Overview

On-time delivery is a priority. Orders are processed rapidly with islandwide coverage and transparent fees.

Working Days

Monday–Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.

Delivery Partner

Orders are delivered via a trusted partner with proof-of-delivery protocols.

Signature required; a photo of the package may be captured as confirmation.

Estimated timelines begin once the order is shipped (not at checkout or payment confirmation).

Shipping dates may vary due to government travel restrictions or adverse weather conditions.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation. If placed on public or mercantile holidays, dispatch is arranged on the next working day.

Tracking details (if applicable) will be shared after shipment handover to the delivery partner.

Delivery Confirmation

Recipients must provide a signature upon receipt. Delivery personnel may capture a photo of the delivered package as confirmation.

Do not accept the shipment if the package is open or damaged. Report immediately via phone or email below.

Exchanges & Fees

Exchange deliveries carry a flat fee of LKR 500 per exchange request.
