PROlite® Yoga Mat 4.7mm

All the beauty of our signature PRO mat and lighter for on-the-go flow. The PROlite’s super-dense cushioning and textured top layer adapts to your body for unparalleled support and joint protection. A no-slip dot pattern on the bottom layer keeps the mat in place, while closed-cell construction seals out sweat. OEKO-TEX® certified, our PROlite mat is mindfully made for mindful movers.

To Store: Roll Manduka PROlite mats with the top facing outwards. This keeps the corners of the mat flat when practicing.

Initial Use: If you find yourself slipping initially, use one of our performance hot yoga towels on the surface of the mat. Lightly spray the towel to aid grip. We always recommend using a hot yoga towel for any sweaty practice.

To Clean: To keep your mat clean and smelling fresh, use our Yoga Mat Wash & Refresh. Note: other cleaning solutions are not tested or recommended. Spray the entire surface of the mat. Use a clean cloth to wipe the mat dry before rolling or using.
